Here’s what you can expect:
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Insurance:
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. We highly recommend purchasing Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Navidium Shipping Protection is available when you checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, submit a claim by emailing help@simplymoisture.com. Claims must be filed 48 hours after marked “delivered” and no later than 1 week after delivery.
Please note: Navidium Shipping Protection is a service applied at checkout, and refunds for this protection cannot be issued once a package has been shipped. No exceptions.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
Carrier Delays:
While we ship orders promptly, once they leave our hands, delivery timelines are in the control of the carrier. Weather, holidays, and carrier issues can cause delays that are outside our control.
